Why agencies pay for it

They just got licensed. They don't have a policy yet.

1

A purchase the law forces

Every Florida contractor needs general liability and a license bond before they can pull permits or work. Each name is a guaranteed buyer of what you sell.

2

Reach them first

A new license is a narrow window. Get to them before they sign with the agency down the street.

3

High lifetime value

A contractor client means years of premiums, renewals and bonds. One signup pays for this feed many times over.

Questions

Straight answers

How do I reach the contractor?

You get the contractor name, business name, license type, license number and mailing address. Most agencies reach out by direct mail or look them up by license number. We don't sell phone numbers, just the verified new-license records.

How many new contractors per week?

About 35 to 40 new active contractor licenses a week in Miami-Dade, roughly 150 a month, straight from the state board. The exact count moves week to week. Broward and other counties can be added for $49/mo each.

Can I cancel?

One click, anytime. No contract, no minimum. The founding $129 rate stays locked for as long as you keep the subscription.
